As we grew more successful, we noticed something. Too often, we were expected to celebrate quietly.
Success for Black Professionals is an interesting path. We are taught to move quietly. Don’t make yourself a too noticeable. Yet we are taught to work harder, just to be noticed. Our ceaseless hard work and well earned accomplishments deserve our outward joy and unapologetic celebration.
That is WHY WE ARE. We felt it was time to start an EVOLUTION. If not now, when?
